I began massaging at a young age when family members would ask me to give them a quick shoulder and back massage at family gatherings.  I grew up dancing competitively at the young age of 2.5 all through my late teen years.  I now use my knowledge of the human body and how the body moves every time I massage.  In 2012, I decided to go down the path of holistic medicine.  I started my journey by taking classes in Massage Therapy at Just For Your Health College of Massage.  There, I received many Certificates for massage in various styles, from Deep Tissue to Shiatsu.  After taking a class in Acupressure and learning about some of the theories involved in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I enrolled at the University of East-West Medicine, an Acupuncture school, to get a deeper understanding of the practice and Eastern methodologies. 

In 2014, I was delighted to take a workshop with a holistic company called M'lis, where I received my certification in Body Wraps.  

In 2012 I also received my First Degree in Reiki which changed my understanding of how the body works and how we are all connected with each other.  By 2016 I had completed all 3 levels of Reiki Certification training.  By then, energy work had changed my life in indescribable ways and I knew I wanted more from it!  In 2016, just a few months after completing my final Reiki training, I received certification in Light Activation Healing System (LAHS) Levels I-III, which includes DNA Reactivation Healing.  It was here where I found my soul tribe.  The following year, I took to the next level by receiving my Mastery training in LAHS where I learned many tools that can be applied in individual & group settings.  In 2018, I decided to take a big step in my Spiritual Journey and received my Certification as a Light Activation Healing System Teacher. 

 Over the years, I have continued to take  additional courses to expand my knowledge on the body and healing.
