The Conscious Creation Program is a 5-week Healing Intensive designed to help individuals tap into their inner power and manifest the life they desire. The program consists of two key components: remote energy healing sessions and weekly lessons.

During the 5 weeks, participants will receive 5 Remote Energy Healing sessions designed to clear any blockages that may be hindering their ability to manifest their desires. The energy healing sessions are performed remotely, which means participants can receive the healing from the comfort of their own homes. Before starting the program, participants will receive a 20-minute Introductory Call with Cristal to discuss where they are in their journey and better understand each participants overall goals. During the call Cristal will also help participants establish a theme on what they would like to work through during their Energy Healing sessions. Each week, participants will fill out a form before every Healing to state what they would like to work on during the session so they can all have a personalized Healing experience! Having a theme during the Program will help participants gain momentum in their Healing Journey so that each week can continue to build on the last! 

In addition to the remote energy healing sessions, each session also includes a Mini or Detailed Feedback with channeled messages, intuitive guidance, and recommended homework or practices tailored for each individual.  All guided feedback is channeled from the participant's spirit guides and healing team and is intended to provide clarity, insight, and direction for their journey of conscious creation.  Channeled messages are unique to each individual and are based on their specific needs and desires for each session.  The intuitive guidance provides further clarity on any blockages or challenges that may be hindering their progress, while the recommended homework is tailored to help participants overcome these challenges and move closer towards their desired outcomes.  This personalized feedback and guidance is an integral part of The Conscious Creation Program, as it helps participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique path towards manifestation. It also provides ongoing support and encouragement throughout the program, helping participants stay motivated and focused on their goals.

In addition to the energy healing sessions, participants will also receive 5 weekly lessons that they can complete at their own pace.  These lessons aim to provide participants with a strong foundation for working with energy to support their well-being by deepening their understanding of the principles of energy work, including the law of attraction and manifestation so they can create more consciously!  Each lesson includes practical exercises and tools that participants can use to overcome limiting beliefs, set clear intentions, and align with their desired outcomes.  

The five lessons are as follows: 

Lesson 1: Letting Go & Cutting Cords - In this lesson participants will learn techniques to clear emotional attachments including unhealthy patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, that are holding them back.  By learning cord cutting, individuals can clear their energy and create space for new positive experiences and growth.  

Lesson 2: Grounding and Becoming more Present - This lesson teaches participants the importance of grounding as it is essential for maintaining balance and stability, and helps to anchor your energy and focus your attention, allowing you to be more present and mindful in your everyday routine.  

Lesson 3: Tapping and Strengthening Intuition - This lesson focuses on developing and trusting your intuition.  Participants will learn how to recognize and interpret intuitive signals, such as gut feelings, synchronicities, and signs from the universe.  They will also explore different ways to enhance their intuitive abilities. 

Lesson 4: Connecting with the Chakra System - This lesson introduces participants to the Chakra System.  Each Chakra is associated with a different aspect of your life and when balanced, they help to promote overall health and wellbeing.  Participants will learn about the seven major Chakras, their corresponding colors, and how to start working with them.  

Lesson 5: Manifesting with the Law of Attraction - This lesson teaches participants how to use the Law of Attraction to manifest their desires into reality.  Participants will learn how to align their energy with their desired outcomes by building on all previous lessons.
